For over 20 years, Terri Warner has helped families turn their dreams into realities. From first time homebuyers, retirees, and everything in between, her personal approach to service and extensive knowledge of the area have made her the most trusted “House Sold” name.
Not only is she one of the hardest working real estate brokers in the Greenville area, she is also a wife and mother. Terri and her husband, Dan, reside on the Eastside of Greenville. Terri has four sons and two beautiful grand-daughters who live in Memphis, Tennessee. Both Terri and Dan enjoy home renovations, traveling and destination dining.
Between spending time with her family and taking care of her home, she manages patience and empathy for each client’s unique situation providing her clients with personal, professional and expert service.

Keary Warner, JD/MIBS
A real estate attorney by trade, Keary now finds himself immersed yet again in the fast-paced world of real estate in Greenville. A graduate of Duke University (Trinity '98) and the University of South Carolina School of Law and Moore School of Business (2004), Keary honed his skills in the real estate development field with PHC Communities, LLC and Reedy River Realty, LLC before working as Senior Loan Officer for Merchants Commercial Bank in St. Thomas, USVI. In his off time, Keary enjoys cooking at home, enjoying craft brews with friends and riding off all those calories on his Cannondale Bad Boy 9.
